What Lounjy is

Lounjy is video playback software: a player for Windows, Android and Android TV. Users enter the details of an IPTV service they have subscribed to themselves.

  • Lounjy contains no channels, films, series, playlists or links to content.
  • We do not host, sell or distribute content or IPTV subscriptions.
  • We do not work with IPTV services or resellers and do not refer users to them.
  • We cannot see which services users enter or what they watch. That data stays on the user’s device.

We take copyright seriously. We ask users to only use services that hold the rights to what they broadcast.

What you can contact us about

  • Misuse of the Lounjy name or logo, for example by a party selling subscriptions or devices ‘with Lounjy’ or ‘Lounjy included’. Such a party has nothing to do with us.
  • Counterfeit versions of Lounjy in app stores or on websites, for example with built-in playlists.
  • Material on our own channels, such as this website, our store listings and our videos, that you believe infringes your rights.

If your notice concerns content distributed through an IPTV service, please contact that service or the party hosting its servers. We have no access to that content and cannot remove or block it.

How to submit a notice

Email [email protected] and include:

  1. your name and contact details, and on whose behalf you are acting;
  2. which work or trademark is concerned;
  3. where the material or reference can be found, with a link or screenshot;
  4. why you believe it is an infringement;
  5. a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder.

You will receive a response within five working days. If the material is on our own channels and your notice is justified, we remove it as quickly as possible. If it concerns misuse of our name, we take action ourselves as well and keep you informed.
